Pinback played a show with Aloha at Logan Square Auditorium on Sunday. I've always been impressed with the band's CDs and seeing them live was no disappointment. The technical, melodic aspects of Pinback's music prevail during a live show.
The band has three full-lengths and two EPs. The latest CD is Summer In Abaddon, which was released in 2004. Pinback took their name from a character in the Movie Darkstar.
