Sub Pop records has put out yet another gem. Descended Like Vultures is the second album release from the Oakland, CA indie rock band, Rogue Wave. The band will appeal to fans of the Shins and Sunny Day Real Estate. They are curently on tour with Nada Surf and are scheduled to play a show at the Metro in Chicago on March 5.
