The indie supergroup, Maritime, originally composed of reminents of the Promise Ring and the Dismemberment Plan, has lost a member. Eric Axelson(bass) announced last month that he has resigned from Maritime, citing touring exhaustion as one of the main reasons. Justin Klug formally of Decibully will take over bass duty.
In other news, Maritme will be releasing their second album, We, the Vehicles on April 8th. See the band live in Chicago, playing a free show on March 27th at the Empty Bottle.
